Emma Raimondi

M.S. Student, Plant Pathology

Originally from California, Emma Raimondi called Louisiana home for nearly a decade. Her passion for plants and nature, nurtured through various high school agriculture programs, led her to Lousiana State University. A keen interest in plant diseases and pathology flourished there, leading her to earn a bachelor's degree. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Plant Pathology in Dr. Yuan Zeng's lab and she is co-advised by Dr. David Reed.

Outside of school, she enjoys knitting, hiking and exploring the outdoors, and visiting botanic gardens and arboretums.
