- My research focuses on evaluating the efficacy of fungicides in controlling tobacco target spot, comparing the leaf endophyte community's response to foliar fungicide application versus untreated controls, and surveying target spot disease in Virginia while collecting Rhizoctonia solani isolates from tobacco-growing regions for comparative genomic analysis.
