My laboratory focuses on management practices to improve ornamental and edible greenhouse crop production. Current projects focus on improving supplemental lighting efficiency with biological-feedback systems, the use of spectrum-shifting shading materials, and greenhouse crop trials.
The goal of my extension program is to disseminate impactful, research-based information to stakeholders in the Commonwealth of Virginia and beyond on the management of greenhouse crops.
