Relocation Study 2022
In collaboration with Virginia Tech, AECOM conducted a planning study to evaluate the feasibility of relocating the Hampton Roads Agricultural Research and Extension Center (HR AREC) to alternative sites currently owned by the City of Virginia Beach.
The study provides guidance on the time and cost required to create an equivalent replacement of the existing facility at a new location that would be developed according to current regulatory requirements.
